Wonderful staff, they are friendly and personable and on top of things! I recently transferred into a townhouse on the property and it is nice! Flooring throughout and upgraded fixtures. Cheers to Jodi(she is a gem), Kendall and Rosemary! You all are doing an amazing job managing this property!!
This apartment complex was a huge letdown and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. My unit was handed over in poor condition, and serious maintenance and safety issues were ignored for most of my lease. The broken gate, frequent car break-ins, and lack of real security made me feel unsafe. On top of that, management was unhelpful and disorganized, even trying to charge me for things I’d already taken care of.
I just want to say. I’m glad Rosie and Shay were still in the office when they helped me with an issue from over a year ago. They not only responded when I needed but treated me with the utmost respect. That to me overall is a 10 out of 10. If you decide to live here. Just know issues happen everywhere. But it’s the staff that makes the experience. Thank you ladies.
Be cautious before moving here. Although my lease is paid months in advance, I’ve encountered persistent issues with management—calls often go unanswered, and the office staff can be unnecessarily rude, acting as if tenants owe them favors. Despite the decent appearance of the apartments, the rent feels unjustified due to outdated appliances, frequent roach infestations, and constant disturbances from streetwalkers shouting throughout the night.
