When we moved in, there were a couple of unforeseen issues (nobody’s fault, stuff just happens), and the management and maintenance guys jumped on it immediately and had the issues resolved by the end of the day! We’ve lived here for a year and just transferred to a different unit and we decided to stay because of the management and maintenance! They are awesome! Thank you to C’mari, Romeo, Anthony and Thomas for taking such good care of us, you guys are the best!
I enjoyed living at Vue at Centennial, but I’ve had concerns about how my security deposit was handled after move-out. This has greatly lowered my overall satisfaction with them. I was charged $2,620.27 for alleged floor damage and $90 for carpet cleaning, and my full $750 deposit was withheld. I’ve asked for documentation to help me understand these charges — including invoices, condition reports from move-in, and an explanation of how this is beyond normal wear and tear. Beautiful units and such helpful and friendly staff
The second pool in the back which was advertised to us when moving in recently continues to be down (perhaps still waiting for that mysterious part another reviewer mentioned as an excuse TWO months ago?). You can tell from the photo that the notice itself has been there for quite some time. Seems like Cushwake is dropping the ball on maintaining this property. They should lower rent prices and not market this as a luxury community if they can't maintain it properly.
Beyond the pathetic excuse for management here they also have no idea what the word "luxury" actually means. They charge an exorbitant amount of money for a less than mediocre apartment with everything falling apart. Our AC has leaked since we moved in, the floor is uneven and the solution to that was to nail it down with a nail gun instead of actually fixing it, the cabinet doors are always coming out, and the shelving in the pantry can't hold anything but marshmallows without falling.
