If I could give this property zero stars, I would. Our 15-month lease was one of the most mentally exhausting and frustrating housing experiences we have ever had. Honestly, saying that nearly the entire 15 months were difficult would not be an exaggeration. The biggest issue wasn't that things occasionally went wrong. Things happen. Maintenance is always very kind and move with urgency! My family appreciates them showing up when they can and communicating.
I have lived the Vue for two years, and the decline in this property has been honestly shocking. The standard of care that existed when I first moved in is simply no longer being maintained. At this point, calling this a “luxury” apartment complex feels completely misleading. I pay nearly $2,500 a month in rent, and the condition of the property does not come close to reflecting that price.
