The staff was nice enough. My first question was, base rent x? you have to make 3x base rent, or a co-signer was 5x base rent, that's like $10k geez! i did not, so I discontinued my visit with her. We'll I tried like 3 or 4 times but she kept repeating herself and trying to show me what units were available. I put 3* because that's ridiculous 3x base rent and when I did not qualify she kept pushing unit info on me ugh. Did not see the rest of the facility, but they are all pretty much the same.
The pool conditions at this apartment complex are unacceptable, and a safety concern, especially considering the high common area fees residents pay. The pool is always dirty, theres leaves, dirt and trash/plastic cups water bottles etc. inside the pool. The lounge chairs inside the pool are filthy, the hot tub does not work, and the handrail to enter the tub is loose with cracked pavers around it creating a safety hazard. C'Mari was an absolute professional through the entire process. Very accommodating and thorough with explaining my application process. Can't wait to be a resident.
My request was for a new bulb in the freezer and an issue with the garbage disposal. It puts out a burnt smell when you use it which I don’t want to turn into an electrical issue. The maintenance man came, provided a bulb that didn’t fit the space so he took the cover with him. He never looked at the garbage disposal. I emailed Vue properties through the portal that afternoon.
