An unsafe place to live. After living here for two years, I find the management is negligent in doing the right thing in the best interest of residents. Would not recommend, no matter what the downtown photos show you or what the leasing managers say to you. My packages were stolen and management completely brushed it off with no apology, even though they were at fault. Friendly office staff and flexible lease length, convenient furnished option and awesome views! I cannot understand, on the other hand, how one elevator can be completely not functional for the entire time I have been here (3+ months) while the other operates with an expired certificate. At one point you had to physically muscle the doors shut every time the elevator got stuck on the 4th floor. Building is old but sold as "luxury" -- the AC doesn't work, one of the two elevators hasn't worked in MONTHS and the other breaks randomly on a daily basis. Treadmills in the fitness studio are broken and have been for YEARS. The manager (Bobbie) is rude and incompetent. I was assaulted at this community over a month ago and management REFUSES to do anything about it (moving out as we speak over the matter). Fix the elevator!!!!!!!!!!
shortly after moving in my daughter had an issue with the washer/dryer combo. Her washer was repaired within 24 hours by Robert. maintenance and office was very personable and really went the extra mile to make sure she was taken care of
Loved my apartment and the atmosphere in the office here! Always positive!
