Staff member (chatel) told my roommates and I that she had recorded our 60 day move out notice, then a week later we get a phone call saying that we owe an extra 10 days rent for not notifying them. When we tried to rectify the situation the Manager (Chrissy?) was extremely rude and unhelpful, and now we owe about $700 extra due to a staff member’s error. Joke of an operation, would not recommend!

RecommendedPark at City Center is a GREAT place to live. The Management and staff is first rate. From the move in process to taking care of you as a tenant is a enjoyable customer service experience. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. Super clean, covered parking, top level security and awesome amenities. Pool, hot super nice common area to mingle with fellow tenants or host family and friends. Check them out for your next place to live today.
RecommendedIn the pool area they have 2 giant hammocks that you can relax in , it is a very quiet complex everybody's respectful Maintenance takes care of things rather quickly for you they have monthly get togethers nacho bars ice cream shaved ice all kinds of things and so far I love it
