Quiet, clean
I lived at this place for 5 years. The only reason I moved was because I was moving in with my girlfriend and we wanted our “own place”. I’ve literally only had one issue the entire time I lived here and it was fixed by maintenance almost immediately. I never had any noise issues, never had any rude neighbors, literally no problems at all. The staff has always been extremely cool and nice to me and treated me with respect. The residents here are absolutely horrible about cleaning up after their pets and it seems the managers don't do anything about it either. All the sidewalks, grass, rocks ect are just covered in pet feces.
I enjoyed living at vue21 but I do not owe them any more money. I paid all my moveout fees and sent proof of that when they reported my debt but they did respond. My credit is all messed up now and I'm constantly getting calls from Genesis debt collections.
