Hissing cockroaches!!!! Are you kidding me?! I just walked outside and it was flipped over on it's back hissing in the breezeway. I thought there was bug protection?
We moved out of Vue21 in January of this year. Everything with the move-out went okay for the most part. However, not I nor my wife, but my parents then received a phone call from a collection agency called Sequium, saying we owed the property $134.34 of unpaid final utilities. In January, whatever balance we had was paid. I then called the leasing office again in February to inquire if there is any other balance that hadn't gotten paid that may have shown up after that. Way to expensive for what it is. Don't get me wrong it looks nice on the inside but for the same price I could get a garage attached to the apt and not have to walk up and down steps every day at the apts by scheels. I also recently decided to go back to college full time and they want 3k dollars plus two months rent as a buy out on the 12 month agreement. I do get to live here for two months however this is by far the worst buy out I have ever seen in my life
