We waited in ER for 4 hours my daughter was feeling stabbing pains for 4hours, every time I went to window they said she's next and called in other families. They didn't call in order of urgency or in order of arrival, when they weren't rooming people they were just laughing and joking behind the glass window, smh. Don't bring family here if you care about them, because Kaiser in Baldwin Park doesn't care if your children suffer. To the director please retrain your staff
