My Daughter bought a 2000 Honda Civic from "VU Auto Sales" on North Oak,the end of June of this year, 2019. About a week into owning the car, it over heated, we had it towed back to our home, I replaced the Thermostat, I changed the spark plugs, checked all the fluids, I did a Fathers Job. when I was replacing the Spark Plugs, the threads from one of the spark plugs broke off in the head. My daughter bought a 2000 Honda Civic and it is a piece of junk!!! My husband has spent over a month fixing it. It started when he went to replace the spark plugs and one broke off. Then had to remove the head to get it out. Then the exhaust manifold was cracked and there was oil in the over flow! Now we are stuck with this piece of shit car!!!!!

Bought multiple cars if I ever had an issue they resolve it. Brought a buddy he was impressed he bought a car too. The prices really are unmatched.

This piece of shit dealership sold me a car with a lien on the title and won't Supply me a lien release and does not have one. They will not refund my money and keep giving me excuses and turning me away making me drive an hour home and an hour all the way back out there later just for more excuses. Thanks for screwing my daughter out of her $1,300 to buy her a car. Now I'm stuck with a car I can't even pay somebody to tow away because the title is not in my name.
