Very very clean and comfortable condo steps to the ocean. Would absolutely rent again and highly recommend.

We highly recommend you pass on this company. This trip put the STINK in Distinctive Beach Rentals. We booked our stay through VRBO for Tradewinds Condominiums on Cresent Beach. The listing was posted through Distinctive Beach Rentals. The unit was nice and clean. The problem came with arriving to find out the pool was being drained and construction being started on a major pool renovation. No where was this mentioned in the listing. My friends and I go to stay at Crescent Beach twice a year. This last place had a stunning view, super clean and all essentials we needed. Distinctive Beach Rentals we super responsive, great instructions and communication was amazing. Next time we will rent directly from them and save the Airbnb fees. Highly recommend. They have condos all over the area, so that makes it easier; however, we will most likely get the same one we were in. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. The beach is gorgeous and pretty private.
Absolutely loved my stay with Distinctive Beach Rentals! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. Check-in was super easy, and the view was unreal. Already planning my next trip back!
