I ve taken all of my vehicles there since 1999 and refer friends and family whenever I can. I have been going to VTR for the last 8 years and have gotten to know every person that has worked there. I have never found a shop that has been more willing to make the customer happy than VTR is. I cannot even begin to recall how many times theyve stayed hours after theyve closed to finish just my vehicle let alone the hundreds they see during a month. I have had them do work from a basic stereo install to a complete engine build and recommend them to anyone that is looking for a professional shop that puts there customer... read more

I want you all to know what Wayne at VTR in Everett Wa. did to me. He is a very dishonest merchant. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I bought a car stereo/dvd player from Wayne at VTR in Everett. He told me at first that it was brand new. That he recently moved to a new shop and during the move happened to see this stereo in a box. He put it in a display case and I ended up asking about it. I put it on layaway and about two months later paid the ballance off. He said that it would be another week to install it so I told him I was gon... read more

VTR just finished another great sound system install for me. This one was in my convertible. All of the guys were great as was the owner Wayne. I got a great deal and the system looks and sounds fantastic. I have brought all my vehicles to Wayne (this is over a 12 year time period) and have always walked away happy.
