I've been with this company for two years now and ive never had a problem with them. If any thing ever goes wrong they have always fix my problem. I would recommend them .. And i have in the past.. Keep up the great work
If I could give a negative star, I would give it a negative 5 stars. This company hadn’t paid me since mid-October, finally changed companies. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They stole our money and didn’t give a damn about their clients. If this company is still open and people are still working there, I highly recommend that they switch quickly before the same thing happens to them.
Update: check your 1099 against your bank records. I just noticed VTO add on a check I never recieved. I'm going to try and get a hold of Vickie to get her to correct it. Vickie actually answered the phone back in Jan for my client but hung up after realizing it was a client. They owe me 3 checks. I went to a different agency without a problem. Only have one thing to say Texas Workforce Commission, they are helping me get my money from them.
Was just advised to see if my client can switch to amerigroup..cigna has not paid in 3 months and she has been using her own funds to pay us and cant continue to pay unless cigna pays her, she doesn't have any more money. Smh
