I came in for the Hot Stone Deluxe Pedicure, but unfortunately, the experience was sub-par. The male technician rushed through the entire process. He skipped cutting my cuticles entirely, left my nail shapes looking completely inconsistent, and the polish application is uneven and smeared past the nail beds. When paying for a premium pedicure, you expect basic attention to detail, which just wasn't there.
Bella kills it every single time! She can do it all and she’s so sweet. In evergreen/oak park area there are so many salon choices but not enough that do actual nail art. Chefs kiss!
We came in and saw Bella- she went above and beyond for my stepdaughter’s nails. We will always come back. Love how clean the salon was and how friendly everyone was. 10/10
Eva is the very best! I’ve been doing to her for a while now and my nails always last a month before I need a fill in!!! I love how Julie gets my eyebrows right every time!!!!
