I used to come here in high school and recently came back for my birthday. Myself, my best friend and her mom came in for 3 pedicures. Off the bat we were met with hostility and what felt like an underlying tone of racism. We ask for small things, “can you warm up the water, can I see this color, can I see what this color would look like as a French tip” and was met with either silence or straight up combativeness when it came to a service WE ARE PAYING FOR. There's a reason I do my own nails. Went to a nail salon for the first time in about four years because I'm moving and my nail supplies are packed away. Everyone at this salon was nice and acted professionally and had the manicure been decent I would have absolutely gone back for the kind people and calm atmosphere. The work though... square shape is slanted on many nails and lopsided on others, polish is all over the place, they didn't use a base coat (???) or wipe off the dust from filing before putting polish on. I have such a great experience with Tracy! she was so patient and took her time on my nails. She was very genuine, took the time to listen to my back and forth, and able to improvise a design I had in mind.
