Very unprofessional the lady filed my nails very uneven and did a terrible job on my builder gel set. I expressed my nails weren’t filed well and she responded “maybe you can do it better yourself”. I paid full price for some of the worst nails I’ve had in a while. Will not be returning this is what happens when you try a new nail salon because yours is booked smh. Also, there was no one else in there on a Saturday, might have been the red flag I ignored.

Scheduled a same day for any availability and got Tony today. He was great to work with! Previously at another salon, a worker cut too deep and gave me a cut on my toe. Tony worked carefully to cut my nails and cleaned the cuticles. Great experience!

I showed a picture of the gel nails with a design that I wanted and they said they could do it. Then all of a sudden after prepping my nails he tells no one in the salon can do the design. He also didn’t clean under my nails during the basic manicure and when I asked him to clean the cuticle a bit more he said couldn’t do that either. Very disappointed in the service.

Love this place, I work with Kim and she’s always perfecting my nails. I made the mistake of going elsewhere recently and immediately regretted it. I trust this place and their staff to get it right every time which is worth the travel from ne mpls💗
