My daughter got in a car accident swerving to miss a turtle. She was quoted a huge dollar amount for the repair. When VSP auto made a special delivery to drive to my fathers house so it would not have to be towed to make sure that he could repair her car. Which I think is excellent customer service. We then delivered it to the shop and he was willing to work on us with a price and his quality of work is above and beyond any other collision auto body shop I’ve ever seen! My son took his car to VSP, the owner very nice and professional gave him a estimate to have the hood fixed, repainted and realigned and had it done within the promised time. We always suggest VSP services to others when they ask who we used. Our family will be back for future issues with how other driver are around here I'm sure
