Awful leases with bad terms. Even if you die their lease states you still owe them money!
Emran was very professional, polite and made an extra effort to visit me and my family two times to show us the property we wanted! He has always responded in a timely manner (rare these days). Was honest when asked difficult questions and wasn't afraid to say if he didn't know but would get an answer! Definitely would recommend him and VSM!
