VMS has horrible customer service. From day one there was a gas leak and they didn't do anything about it. I had to call xcel to come out and fix it. Then the house started having molds and they told us to paint over it. Afterwards, our neighbor's basement flooded due to bad piping and we were both charged for it even though it wasn't even our unit. I live in a side by side unit and now the land lord expects us to use ONE BIN for both units. How is the people managing this place going to tell me how I feel and not pick a fig... read more
I was threatened with a lawsuit and am not allowed to comment on my experience. Good riddance! First and last time im dealing with this company.
