I recently signed a contract with VSM to manage a rental property for me. Previously I was renting it out myself and doing all of the work. I had uncooperative tenant at the time and I needed some advice. Ryan with VSM offered the advice I needed in order to properly transition my old tenant out of the house. Once that was completed, Parker had it rented out within 10 days.

Ryan was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive when I needed advice and help with the decision to rent or sell my house. I would definitely use him or his team to sell/rent. **Please note that I chose "None. We connected, but it didn't work out." but it wasn't anything negative on Ryan's end, it was only because I decided it wasn't the right time to sell/buy/rent.

Ryan and everyone at VSM went beyond my expectations as I went through a contract for deed process. I am so glad I went to them instead of the larger companies (i.e Renters Warehouse), as I was able to get all of my questions answered with a simple phone call or email and never got the run around.
