DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I had been living in a VSM rental apartment for about two years. At first everything was great—a great duplex in a great area and maintenance/management was always very prompt and professional. A few months later things changed for the worse. Nicole's professionalism was only surpassed by her negotiating skills. I appreciated her attention to detail and quick response during what is always a stressful deal: real estate transactions! I hope to be in this home for a few years, but she will be my go to for future sales and purchases. I highly recommend Nicole.

We recently worked with Nicole on selling our property. She was great to work with...very patient and knowledgeable with our many questions and great at keeping us updated throughout the process. She was also great at offering suggestions when negotiating offers. I would definitely work with her again and refer her to others!

Very detail oriented and efficient. Ensured the process from listing to closing was completed with a minimum amount of stress. Found an electrician and HVAC service to fulfill requirements of negotiated agreement. Worked around your schedule to ensure all required tasks and paperwork were completed on time.

Nicole has been awesome to work with. Iam rating her A+ since she always performed better than expected. For us it was our 1st home, we didn't know what we wanted nor which area is good. Nicole was not very patient with us but also available on a very short notice! I would highly recommend her to my friends.

When looking for a place to buy Aaron was very helpful in showing me different properties and giving me an idea as to what I could afford and what worked for me. He was always available to answer any questions that I had and if he did not have an answer right away he was very quick in getting an answer back to me. I would recommend Aaron to anyone who is looking to purchase their first home.

Aaron did a great job and I highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property. We had a unique circumstance since we had renters in our house. We wanted to sell and we basically asked him to do everything since we had never sold a house before. He asked what we wanted and got us everything we asked for. The process was very smooth and we know that most of that was how well of a job that Aaron did.
