Great company to work for
Terrible drivers. Man in truck 542 constantly on phone. Slowing down, speeding up over and over again
Very unresponsive in terms of their alarm monitoring / panel install department. Installed alarm system incongruent with NFPA regs. Attempted to resolve with designer of system, Jeff Cole and he was unresponsive, then left message with COO out of desperation and still no response. Very disappointing - still waiting for panel to have surge protection added.
About two years ago I paid over $80k for a fire sprinkler system from them. They were the lowest bidding contractor but they held up my building from being open for an additional 3 months (almost 4 actually). During the three months the builder and I were waiting on them to show up I had to pay for the empty unusable leased space. The three months cost me approximately $22k more!
