Absolutely atrocious business that lacks serious management skills for the Timberlake neighborhood.
So far, I have had well met interactions with the VSA. Any phone conversations I have had with anyone at the office has been pleasant and professional, even if it was about an issue. I have had few face to face interactions, but they have also been pleasant and professional. Most communications with the VSA have been met with rapid responses and professional. I only leave out the fifth star because some processes are a bit slower than I feel they should be, but the VSA has acknowledged they feel the same.
In a private email you called me "TOXIC" and now youre trying to look nice?? is it a joke? I pointed on the exact rule in our HOA documents, where clearly stated that it should be 30 days given to owner to remove vehicle with expired state inspection, but instead, you hired towing company that vandalized my brand new - 1 year old car and my neighbors cars for expired state inspection and said that you will tow our cars from our own driveways in 3 days. Horrible money management skills. Does a horrible job with Timberlake community
VSA will raise your rates regardless of your how board members run the association. The management company bully’s neighborhoods. They talk the talk. But they don’t produce any results. They will threaten to take away amenities if you do not go along with the payment plan as they want it. They raised Timberlake up $1100 a year. They have doubled our dues & make us pay a $200 yearly *one time charge* they did that to Timberlake last year. This year they are doing the same thing.
