Terrible!!! It says open till 6 but I’m here at 4:55 and they are closed. Respect people’s time!! Never coming again!
I was referred by one of my friend as I was looking for a gold chain. Cathy helped me book an appointment to go in store and try on all the different chains they had in stock, I had so many questions and the owners answered all of them patiently and helped me pick the perfect one! Cathy, at VS One & CO helped me create the perfect birthday gift for my wife. From concept to completion she was available and guided me every step of the way. This was a last minute idea, but she made sure that she got the job done right in time for my wife's birthday, and even personally delivered the necklace to me. The necklace is beautiful! Amazing experience with Cathy and everyone at VS ONE & CO. Truly made a dream come true. From start to finish when I had explained to her the exact cut and setting I wanted she was able to source the diamond and have it ready for me just in time for a Christmas day proposal. It wasn't easy given the timeline I had given Cathy and that in a Covid year as well but her and the entire VS ONE team came through for me and my new fiancè! THANK YOU!
