I used to really like this place, but things have gone downhill lately. The owner has become unreliable—constantly showing up late, rescheduling at the last minute, or canceling entirely. What’s frustrating is how strict they are with customers being even a few minutes late, yet it’s totally fine when they keep you waiting 20–30 minutes every time. I always love coming here to get my nails done. The lady’s in there do an amazing job and are so caring and professional! It’s always amazing to come in and spend some time with the lady’s! Kayla did an amazing job for my 4th of July/birthday nails! I will never go anywhere else!

I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I was once five minutes late to an appointment, and she canceled it without hesitation. Yet, almost every time I come in, I end up waiting 20 to 30 minutes because she’s running behind. Today, I was actually going to be on time, but I received a call 20 minutes before my noon appointment saying she wouldn’t be there until 12:30.
