I used to patronize this salon when it was owned by Kiki, and was a regular customer. I stopped going a while ago because there was a constant parade of new technicians, and the quality of work fell off considerably. Last week, I was slightly desperate for a pedicure and could not get in at the two usual salons I now frequent, so I stopped at Vs.
