This was my second time at V's and it was great experience. The salon is quiet and relaxing the chairs are very comfortable. I highly recommend Stacie who gave me a great haircut and provided a wonderful neck massage. I'm going to be upgrading my service next time. Keep up the great work!
Tracy always listens to my son and gives him the perfect haircut. She takes her time adjusting and blending the cut. She has patience and humor. We won’t go to anyone else.
UPDATE: The owner personally contacted me, listened to my concerns, and offered a sincere apology. They also refunded the cost of the appointment, which I truly appreciate. Because of the thoughtful follow-up and strong customer service, I’d be open to giving the salon another chance. As a mom who was initially nervous about bringing my 2.5-year-old in for a haircut, I was hoping for a reassuring experience.
