Overall, the experience was amazing and very soothing and relaxing. Definitely going to recommend this place to my friends.
The kindness we were shown meant the world to me..... she saw. a teenager getting his hair cut.... what she did not see was my son being so brave.. hair cuts have stopped for so long... it was not worth to torture him... she does not see the many tears from him and myself She saw a teen getting his hair cut... and that's all I could ever wish for my son..... just to be a teenager getting his hair cut.. So thanks so much
I contacted them to make sure I could get a men's hair cut as a transgender man; they were so kind and accommodating I have my appointment today and I'm very excited. Will be going back.
I went inside it wasn't busy at all but I was told I had to reserve my haircut 3 hrs out!! That's just ridiculous and what happened to customer service?? This was first time trying to experience this place but felt completely disrespected!
