They have a high markup for what you’re getting, and I purchased from them anyways, thinking I would get the PC relatively soon, maybe a month tops at the launch of the new AMD components earlier this year. They delayed my computer parts twice and didn’t say anything about it until I called twice to check up on it, which the assistant that helped me had apologized for, but I was never given any sincere notice from the company itself or a briefing regarding the matter. I had bought a pc and I have not received it yet, it has been 30 business days and the most they can give me is "waiting for a shipment from their supplier" which I doubt because it has been nearing a month and a half now. I had emailed them 3 times and every time they gave that answer but did not give an eta, did not offer to upgrade or do anything that justifies the wait time.
