Have had issues with my pc since new. Tried to call to get warranty work. They don't answer. Stay away from this company.
As someone who normally builds all my PC's I had a great experience with VRLA Tech as my first Pre-built PC buying experience. The PC arrived packaged very well and even came with a quick start guide if you're new to PCs. All the bios settings and memory profiles were pre setup for the highest performance as well. From order time to delivery it was about 3 weeks wait time which considering my build having the very in demand RX 9000 series GPU a little more lead time makes sense. Super impressed with my PC from VRLA Tech. Build quality is solid, setup was super easy, and it was ready to go right out of the box. Easily the best gaming PC I've owned.
I would leave a 5 star review but there was only one downfall on my order. Everything on my PC works great, it looks good and you can tell they took precautions to help protect in shipping but the only problem I had was the customer service. I was told my PC would ship out in 10-14 business days and it took almost 2 months before I got mine.
