Lived here for 2 years (but have had friends living here for 5+). Overall, a very unresponsive landlord focused on $ and not quality of life. Raised the rent 5%+ per year. Refused to allow month-to-month rental for a few months to cover summer housing for students before moving out in the fall. Did a *MAJOR* reconstruction of the apartment complex, involving covering windows with plastic (in mid-summer!) spanning months.
