There is the worst apartment in US. Their management is extremely chaotic, and the attitude of the apartment manager is very arrogant and rude. They have no respect for any tenant at all. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. If you can endure the managers attitude with no basic humanity，then I have no words to say.
Stay away! These people are security deposit theft! The management company uses the money in your security deposit to improve their properties. The apartment that I rented was in decent state but these guys still charged me more than 70% of the security deposit (more than $700), with questionable billing receipt that seems to come from businesses (those businesses most likely made a deal with the management company secretly to issue "fake" receipts at a high price tag). Great location. Property manager Tam is super nice guy!
Stay away!!! The whole community has 18 two bedroom or three bedroom apartments. Given its location is close to elementary school, many kids live here. Let's assume each apartment has 3 residents. That means 54 people live in this community. Guess how many washing machines do they have? Only two. 54 people need to share the only 2 washing machines in the shared laundry room.
