Outstanding appointment with David!! He took the extra time that I needed and really helped me find the right ring for me. I have to say that the rings at Vrai are also especially beautiful with that wow-effect and sparkle. I also love that they grow their diamonds in their own labs within the U.S. and don’t purchase them from labs that are god knows where with unknown working conditions. I will stick with Vrai for my engagement ring!
I was really excited to purchase this as a gift for my friend, but the expected delivery date was wrong and I still haven’t received any clear update. I can’t comment on the product itself since it hasn’t arrived, but the customer service has been very disappointing. My inquiries have gone unanswered, and the chatbot plus rotating customer service agents lose context and keep giving me generic responses that don’t address my concerns. This has been a very frustrating experience.
