We had an excellent experience working with Kate Dixon. She found us the perfect ring we were looking for. There were a few changes we had to make to the original design, but these were all made expediently and without delay. She was a professional throughout the entire process and kept in close communication, ensuring we got our ring at the designated date. Cannot say enough good things!

Had the pleasure of being helped by Kate Dixon at this Vrai location in July. My husband and I had just gotten married and hadn't had much time before our elopement. He had just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I also just found out I was also pregnant. In order to have the ring for the ceremony, I had just ordered one online after visiting a Vrai competitor. After wearing the ring for a little bit it was clear the size was too large.
