We came to pick up a resized ring, and the entire process was very smooth. The staff were helpful, kind, and made everything easy. Great service!
I have a ring from Vrai and am honestly very disappointed with it. They offer free resizing and yearly polishing but fail to mention before you purchase that these services take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to complete since they ship everything out of the country to be serviced. Additionally, my ring has a hidden halo and one of the smaller stones has fallen out twice now (same stone) so it doesn’t seem to be made very well. I definitely won’t be coming back.
