My experience with Vrai was exceptional! I didn’t get to meet Ashley and Andrea, who initially helped with the ring selection. But I ended up meeting Ehsan, with whom I had an incredible customer service experience. Ehsan went above and beyond and was great at providing details of my fiance’s ring when it was ready to be picked up. I would recommend Vrai 100%! P.S. the proposal went well in Paris!
Great experience. Melika was also terrific and I highly recommend.
