From start to finish the people at VRAI were fantastic. Specifically dealt with Ehsan who made the entire experience so easy. I had been previously ring shopping at other stores and it just could not compare to my experience with him. He taught me about all aspects of the rings and I felt as if I actually left with a ton of knowledge post sitting down with him.
