I had a great experience at VRAI purchasing my fiancée’s engagement ring. Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me choose the perfect ring. The ring turned out amazing and my fiancée loves it. I highly recommend Sarah and the team at VRAI.
The manager, Ashley, was incredibly rude and profiled my wife (who is of color.) She made my wife feel very uncomfortable the entire time we were in the store, stalking her every move and refusing to take her seriously as a customer or help her in any way.
