I had an amazing experience picking out my wedding band at VRAI in Toronto. Sarah was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process! She was also kind enough to check in after my order arrived to make sure I still loved it. I looked at several stores before picking my ring, and without a doubt VRAI had some of the most beautiful and reasonably priced options. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for an engagement ring or wedding band.
Dealing with Sarah was a pleasure, a really understanding person. I met with her twice and each time she wasn't what you'd expect from a salesperson. Not pushy whatsoever and even more understanding. Pricing was phenomenal, the quality even better. Walked away with a very happy fiance. Sarah's knowledge and easy approachability made this entire process seamless. I would definitely recommend dealing with her in the future

We came to VRAI specifically to look for two wedding bands. We made the effort to drive downtown, find parking, and walk to the store only to discover at the entrance that an appointment was required to see any rings. Unfortunately, this was never mentioned on the website, especially when browsing from a phone. It felt quite frustrating to spend all that time just to find out we couldn’t even look at the jewelry.
