Phillip is a very professional and reliable person. Every time I called, he was available and communicated very well. Even though there was a misunderstanding, he took the time to explain everything clearly and professionally. Gary also did a great job deep cleaning our carpets today. We are very happy with the service and the results. I would definitely recommend them and will be contacting them again in the future. Great service and great communication!
