I’m going to start a case against this company. They’re by far the worst at communicating, starting with JORGE. How does this person even have a job. HORRIBLE. I lived at the riverside location and it’s filled with roaches. I contact the office and they would just send someone to just spray around. It Would literally would do nothing. I literally had roaches just crawling around the kitchen during the day like nothing. Jorge HORRIBLE as well. He’s very rude doesn’t know how to handle situations. Ladies at the office, rude. This company doesnt fix ANYTHING in the properties. Ive made multiple work orders and they have been ignored. We have always paid rent on time and they have tried to evict us multiple times for “not paying.” Ive been here 4 years and theyre trying to give me a 3 day notice, which is illegal. Theyre trying to charge me for fixing my plumbing, which is illegal since I rent, not own.
