The counter staff were able to confirm a Moen part number, ordered the part, and had it ready for pickup the next day. It was a pleasure working with them
Generally knowledgeable counter staff, but they don't always have what I need in stock. Like any wholesaler, if you buy a lot, your prices will be better, if you're just in for the occasional cheap plumbing or HVAC part, you will probably be better off going to HD or Lowes. If you want quality, this is where you get it. Update: I just bought a new hot water tank from them.
