The only reason this "salon" is receiving one star is because NO STAR is not an option. I personally have not had my hair done here, but my best friend has and tonight we stopped by to address an issue. Her appointment was with Toni and she had brought in a picture to help demonstrate the color job she was seeking. After he spent "4 to 5 hours" (according to Toni) and she spent $250, she walked out with the worst color job I've ever seen.
