Voya has been the worst financial institution that I have ever utilized. They are not user friendly whatsoever, considering it is 2024, they still make you mail or fax paperwork and there’s no way around it. God forbid you request your pin, they have to mail it to you. Which also takes time. Please utilize another institution and run far from Voya. The customer representatives are friendly and are fairly helpful. It shouldn’t take a month to just access my account. Their online platform is extremely poor, as well their value... read more
