Great building and maintenance team. They're very knowledgeable and prompt, and I'm so grateful to have that available for us. Alex did an outstanding job on fixing a thing with the windows.
I love living at Vox! Recently, the maintenance team has repainted the lobby, adjusted new lighting and have made an amazing effort to keep the stairwells/lobby looking and FEELING clean. Big shoutout to Kevin (maint supervisor) and his team for being tentative to work orders and bringing good vibes to the building. Great location too!
Lived here for 5 years. Last year they added an auto-renew clause in their lease. Now at lease end I can’t get ahold of them, tried calling multiple times over 2 days and emailing for 3 weeks.
