I booked this restaurant for my parents, extremely particular and critical and they LOVED everything about it. They were obsessed with the food, the staff was so incredibly warm and welcoming, my parents talked about it for an hour. 400% would send anybody and everybody here.
We enjoyed a superb dinner experience on my birthday at Votum. Each course was evenly paced and sumptuous. It was an honor to meet Chef Sarah Doyle and be able to thank her in person for such a delicious presentation. Hood River is fortunate to have Votum.
My husband and I went here for dinner and had a fantastic experience. Nathan (owner) gave great recommendations and provided excellent service. The chef Sarah cooked everything perfectly. Starters and pasta were our favorites. Wine paired well also. Highly recommend for a night out!
I go through phases with higher end restaurants- it sucks to pay a premium and get dressed up pedestrian food. Votum was not that. 4/5 dishes we had blew my mind and the fifth was good too! The flavors of each dish were different- I don’t think there was a bad combination of courses on the alacarte menu. Service from Nathan was professional and entertaining.
