My mom, 2 kids and I came to celebrate my moms birthday and it was THE BEST experience. We booked appointments online before hand so we ensured there would be time for us. Every time my wife has a friend come into town, we make it a point to stop by Vosswood and get a matching bracelet for her and her friend. I think it's a great way to celebrate special relationships, and I'm continuously stunned with the level of customer service from their employees. I've never had a less-than stellar experience with their permanent jewelry, from application to quality. Looking forward to Thanksgiving and having my wife get a matching one with my niece and my twin!
We wanted to do mother daughter matching bracelets tried making an appointment twice. The first time we were told that the books for June were not open yet and we just needed to walk in. Super fun and easy permanent jewelry experience. Also, FYI, I was worried about getting an MRI and having to cut them off but the technician had a wand he used to determine what kind of metal they were and it was fine and I kept them on with no issues.
My husband and I came in and both got bracelets. It was my valentines gift for us. Absolutely loved the atmosphere, and felt immediately comfortable. Super sweet and kind. I have already recommended to my friends and family
