I think for most people getting your hair done is an exciting experience! You come in for a refresher or to do something new and exciting for that boost of confidence. It was my first time here and I can confidently say I will never be coming back. I paid over $500, my hair come out brassy, when I told my stylist that I wanted a balayage with cool tones of blonde. Two concerns: 1. I want to start off by saying that Jordan was a professional hairstylist however, her hairstyling skills are not up to par. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she could not deliver. I asked to get a “fix” with a different stylist and the associate stated that i would be charged full price if I received a cut from a different person.
