After having a uhaul reserved for MONTHS ahead we received a phone call the day before moving stating that the size requested would not be available but the next size up would be available later then we needed. Worst business ever needed a truck same he said no problem told him coming from oskellosa had to wait for child to come home from school he said no problem said I had till 5 got to Ottumwa at 4:45 closed stopped answering phone 4:45

The guy wasn't the most personable didn't show the bells and whistles of the truck my sister rented.. but she rented it anyway and learned as she went..

Building was falling apart and trash was all over the floor! Absolutely no customer service!
