Thankful Multi Care Specialist's (MCS) has been a HUGE help for me and my family. My insurance didn't even cover everything and Dr. Mark waived many of the charges just so I could get well and back to work. This was no small thing. My surgery was very extensive. BEST DOCTOR I would recommend this office to anyone. You will receive the best care. I have been going to Dr. Eavenson for 17 years. He has treated my neck and it is better. I have been thru shoulder surgery, carpal tunnel surgery, tennis elbow surgery, left and right ulnar nerve surgery. I was not able to do the job I wanted to do because of these issues. HonestAbe Corey Voss was wonderful with physical therapy, but chiropractor Eavenson should be reported for fraudulent practice. He indeed is practicing insurance fraud (I saw evidence myself), and should be put out of practice for racketeering. His exorbant practice of treating a patient 2-3 visits per week for 30 seconds of his "adjustment", then billing insurance a ridiculous amount under "Dr. Eavenson" (he's a chiropractor, NOT A DOCTOR) should be enough to have his medical license revoked. UNFAIR I loved my primary Dr. but received a torn rotator cuff and was billed an outrageous amount for therapy. I always paid my copays and received a bill in the mail for $250, and getting phone calls saying I owed that bill. I called back and it went down to 170 and then yesterday I received a bill for $125. I complained and it has been reduced to half but I dont owe anything. They charge to refill my prescriptions, to give me test results, and to reschedule an appointment that I gave 24 hour notice on!!!! I am looking for... read more
Dr. Mark Eavenson DO NOT GO TO MULTICARE SPECIALIST!!! Dr. Mark Eavenson was very rude to me and had the police called because I told the receptionist I thought he was an ass hole.
I recommend MCS Multi-Care Specialists has always given me top of the line care. Dr. Eavenson is the only Chiropractor I would ever see in Granite City,
Pontoon Girl While I thought Corey was really nice I can't stand the entire atmosphere of Multicare Specialist. I too was ripped off. They set me up for two to three appointments everyweek. Overcharged my insurance. Still billing me for a mysterious co-pay. You know they ask for your money first so I don't know how this happened. Multicare Specialist Rocks Thanks CORY DR E and staff Multicare Specialist is all about giving the best treatment for its patients??. I had an injury and saw my primary Physician who is under my insured network plan as a family doctor. I was then referred to the other physician/chiropractor and therapist down stairs. I received nothing but the best services all around. When I did looked on line at my claims from my insurance provider I too was shocked to see that I was billed out of network, a big big expense.
