I came to get lip and eyebrow waxing. My eyebrow are naturally thick and full I just wanted a clean up with a high arch. The lady took off the tail of my left eyebrow and made them extremely thin. I was very understanding that people make mistakes and things happen I was being very nice and simply asked for a refund on the eyebrows with understanding I still had to Pay for the other service. Charged me 98$ for a french tip and a pedicure, the nails were horrible and lifted. They did not give me a pedicure, they never put my feet in water or used lotions they literally just painted my toes. When I pointed out that my nails were separated from the acrylic she super glued the space between the acrylic and my real nail. Ive gotten my nails done for years and none of this was done correctly. They didn't even clip my natural nail before gluing on tips.
