Wow! Been a customer for three years....no problems! We decided not to continue our contract. You can’t just call to cancel, you have to send your request in writing. So, over a week later I finally get a call. Offered me a lower price, to which I replied, very nicely, no thanks we’re not interested. I’m trying to ask another question and the guy just hangs up in my ear! Perhaps customer service training is in your future!

this company is Unethical and Incompetent !! I purchased enough window magnet strips and motion sensors to protect my doors and window with the exception of the bathroom..they neglected to secure my front window,and do their Incompetence I was assaulted in my home.. their response is I didn't purchase enough protection . I f that were true this company is basically telling me that they allowed me to sign a contract and take my money knowing my house wasn't 100% sure secure !! Had Vortex install a system and they did an incredible job. Bill was helpful along the whole road answering any questions or concerns of mine. The tech/installer Jesus was incredible. He stayed with us for an hour after installation to walk us through the product he installed and was extremely helpful. Great company all around!
