About a year in and I really regret signing up with this company. System does not work as intended, they promise to follow up with a solution, all I get is a run around until I eventually don’t hear back from them. Look for a better provider.

They botched the install on my new home and Kevin Johnson said he would refund us but it’s been several weeks and he will not return calls or emails. What a scam! Let me tell you about my first weekend in my new home... At closing, the real estate agent handed us our key on a key ring with a tag that had the alarm code on it. Over the past 2 months we have been working hard on home remodeling, never utilizing the alarm system that came with the house. Michael and his staff are fantastic. They walked us through getting a security system and camera system that met our needs for our business and were very thorough on the operation of the systems. Highly recommended
Vortex has the worst customer service and the worst equipment. We had to call them out multiple time for there faulty equipment. Finally we gave up calling and just left it how it was. At this point we have no other choice to find another company since vortex equipment can not function properly. There office manager continually lies while Chris keeps making excuses. Our advice would be to avoid this company.
