Vortex came out as part of a remodel to install a mini split. Shazie Ali met with me to discuss what we were looking for in a mini split and went over the appropriate sizing of the unit. They came out two times, once for the installation and one other time for the final work needed after our electric work was ready. The team at Vortex was superior. The work they did was great! Extremely couteous and very professional. We are very happy with the work they did and the unit that was installed.
Called Vortex , the sensor light on thermostat would not let heat come on . They were here in 15 mins , got it fixed !!! Awesome tech , very professional, will be calling them if there are any problem in the future !! 5 STARS

DJ Nesbit came to my home and replaced the Circuit Board that burned down. He checked that my heater system and my A/C was working good before he left. I’m very satisfied with the service I received.
