As a current owner/host, the team is only out to charge the owner excessive cleaning/maintenance fees on top of what they are already being paid for by the renter. Charged me $1K a month in fees on top of their 29% of rental income fee. I proved on camera the fees were inaccurate and the office said the cameras were inaccurate. Office is unresponsive and supportive. They could care less about the owners, only there to price gauge them. Stay away from these guys at all cost. They are in the business of financial fraud. Great ppl family owned and down to earth employees. If something needs attention like BBQ propane ran out on us Vortex called thier maintenance guy and he drove out a full bottle 42 miles! AWSOME SERVICE!
