I recently purchased a carbon fiber aero kit from Vorsteiner for my BMW M6 and could not be happier. Customer service was superior - Manny responded to my initial inquiry the same day with a phone call and answered all my questions. Shipping was fast and smooth. Amazing experience with Vorsteiner. Manny helped with everything you could think of. When the wheels were shipped they got damaged by the shipping carrier. Manny went above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of quickly and right. Could not ask for better customer service especially in todays market.
Not really getting the bad reviews here honestly? Manny was super friendly and kept his word and helped me out getting centre caps for my rims that I wanted to swap out. The rims are great quality and have no issues with the product and the customer service was quick to get back to my dm/emails.
