I always take my Volkswagon to be serviced at Voodoo Autoworks. Ray and David are experts in auto service. Their services are prompt and proficient. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
I have taken all of my Audi and VW's to Ray at Voodoo Autoworks going all the way back to around 2016. He has always done top-notch work - including sourcing and replacing a transmission for my Audi S4. Had I tried to get anyone else to do it, it wouldn't have made financial sense and the car would have been sold for parts. This guy was unprofessional. The communication was terrible. I drove my car to that shop and had to tow it out. They had my car sitting for 7months. Didn't fix the problem. Now my car is just sitting... Don't think I let you off the hook now look.
Living an hour away from the area I drove there to Concord Mills Area on weekend and my German car broke down and the only shop that I could find was voodoo. well I had to get a tow company to tow it it to the shop and take a very expensive cab ride home. Ray did a rebuild on my A4 engine and I couldn’t be happier. Quality work, best prices, and a great guy. I’m new to the area and when I was calling around to see who could do the work for me, several other mechanics referred me to Voodoo. I highly recommend them for all your Audi work.
