I have taken all of my Audi and VW's to Ray at Voodoo Autoworks going all the way back to around 2016. He has always done top-notch work - including sourcing and replacing a transmission for my Audi S4. Had I tried to get anyone else to do it, it wouldn't have made financial sense and the car would have been sold for parts. I note there are a couple of dissatisfied responses recently, and I can tell you that I know Ray fairly well at this point, and those are people with other issues. Does not answer phone, return calls, email or website inquiries
This guy was unprofessional. The communication was terrible. I drove my car to that shop and had to tow it out. They had my car sitting for 7months. Didn't fix the problem. Now my car is just sitting... Don't think I let you off the hook now look.
I had several upgrades and maintenance that needed to happen on my Audi S5. I knew Ray was the one to call. I don’t write many reviews but when I do it’s for a reason. If you want an honest and great experience then look no further. Hats off to a job well done!
Living an hour away from the area I drove there to Concord Mills Area on weekend and my German car broke down and the only shop that I could find was voodoo. well I had to get a tow company to tow it it to the shop and take a very expensive cab ride home. But the key was not in the car so I had to bring it up the next day and my luck my car that drove down there broke down in the parking lot I had to ask them to help me offered to pay of course, once he could not jump off the car he pretty much said good luck sorry while my ... read more
