Please hire someone to answer the phones. This is a constant/chronic issue with this pharmacy. I put up with it because the location is convenient, but now it’s a big problem for me. I just had surgery and need an eta for my pain meds. I need these meds before they close. I’m not in a position to drive there only to find I have to wait 30 minutes for the script. Please do better for your customers.
I don’t know why there are so many terrible reviews. My family has used this pharmacy for years, and we have never had a problem. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but that is standard for any pharmacy, it just really depends on when you go. Same thing for the phones. Sometimes you wait, but I’ve never experienced them not picking up. If I were to guess, the bad reviews are people calling when they are closed for lunch. Always friendly, kind, and helpful staff
Worst pharmacy ever. I've had so many problems at this pharmacy. They've given me too few pills on prescriptions, too many pills on other prescriptions. Once, they even gave me someone else's prescription. They make so many mistakes it is crazy. Super unprofessional. Also, they are understaffed, so the line moves super slowly. Getting prescriptions here takes forever. I live just a few blocks away, but I now use the pharmacy down the hill. Longer drive, but completely worth it. DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY!
