I don’t know why there are so many terrible reviews. My family has used this pharmacy for years, and we have never had a problem. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but that is standard for any pharmacy, it just really depends on when you go. Same thing for the phones. Sometimes you wait, but I’ve never experienced them not picking up. If I were to guess, the bad reviews are people calling when they are closed for lunch. Always friendly, kind, and helpful staff
Worst pharmacy ever. I've had so many problems at this pharmacy. They've given me too few pills on prescriptions, too many pills on other prescriptions. Once, they even gave me someone else's prescription. They make so many mistakes it is crazy. Super unprofessional. Also, they are understaffed, so the line moves super slowly. Getting prescriptions here takes forever. I live just a few blocks away, but I now use the pharmacy down the hill. Longer drive, but completely worth it. DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY!
Worst pharmacy in San Diego. Team of totally incompetent people behind the desk who seem to have never used the American insurance system before. My script needed additional information from them to be filled but until I physically went to the pharmacy to check in on the status, I received absolutely no information from them regarding the need for additional.
