Horrible service I got a text that my medication was not going to be ready the same day it was called in. I called the Vons Pharmacy to let them know I really need my medication, the lady who I talked with said if you need it, go look for it. Rude & disrespectful!!!
Pharmacy techs are great. They try to help with the pricing of medications.
I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. The pharmacists and staff go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I am very pleased with my experience with them for the last couple of years. I will continue to get prescriptions filled there and get our yearly vaccinations, as well.
Hey they refill prescriptions very well, but if you have a question, I guess you can forget about asking it. I can't get out. I needed information on someone else picking up my medicine, no answer, and " no space to leave a message ". Called four times. Not acceptable.
En la farmacia observo que la vacunacion no la atienden el orden de llegada y la cita reservada. Recomiendo más orden y respeto al tiempo de las personas. La enfermera y en general muy amables.
