My daughter has a strong infection tried calling first for about 40 minutes finally got through tried to give her all insurance information to make the process fast and just go pick up the medicine the pharmacist was very rude said they were to busy to take any information just to go to the pharmacy but literally screaming. As far as I know customer service is something huge in any pharmacy or store.
Pharmacist was rude to me twice during 2 phone calls and they often take a long time to fill prescriptions--feel understaffed. I will not go there anyone despite it being a preferred pharmacy for my insurance plan!
had a prescription sent here same day. The Asian lady at the counter was very nice and friendly, went over my meds instructions and overall just a nice experience.
If I could give this pharmacy a 0, I would. I waited over 2 weeks for my prescriptions to be filled and called them twice a week to check in on my prescriptions and repeated were told that it wasn't filled yet and they were really behind. Finally got my text notification that they were ready and went to pick it up, only for them to tell me that the prescriptions were no longer available and had to be restocked because they had been waiting for pickup for 30 days (I put in the refill request in only 2 weeks prior). Basic prescriptions take at least 3 business days, anything else is over a week. Especially if it's anything urgent. The pharmacist will refuse to give you a prescription after it's already filled and refuse to tell you why, so you play phone tag with your doc and the pharmacy and she still says she doesn't have enough info and "doesn't feel comfortable" handing over much needed, already filled, insurance approved medication with no drug interactions and very few side effects.
