If I could give this pharmacy a 0, I would. I waited over 2 weeks for my prescriptions to be filled and called them twice a week to check in on my prescriptions and repeated were told that it wasn't filled yet and they were really behind. Finally got my text notification that they were ready and went to pick it up, only for them to tell me that the prescriptions were no longer available and had to be restocked because they had been waiting for pickup for 30 days (I put in the refill request in only 2 weeks prior). Basic prescriptions take at least 3 business days, anything else is over a week. Especially if it's anything urgent. The pharmacist will refuse to give you a prescription after it's already filled and refuse to tell you why, so you play phone tag with your doc and the pharmacy and she still says she doesn't have enough info and "doesn't feel comfortable" handing over much needed, already filled, insurance approved medication with no drug interactions and very few side effects. I love this place and the pharmacy staff is like my family and personal care team. They are the very best in reminding me of any and all information regarding vaccines and my medications. Because of the care they have given me my doctor says I am looking younger and healthy. I can't thank you guys enough. I love the staff of the vons pharmacy on regents their the very best.
